What Shipping Methods Are Available?

GardenShed.com offers delivery to many depots around Australia for pickup or Home delivery. You can select your preference in the checkout page.

To find the closest depot to you, click the menu item ‘Shed Delivery‘ at the top of the page then enter your postcode in the Map Search. We also try and automatically find the closest depot based on your computer location. But you may need to accept the pop-up for Google to obtain your location consent.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Shed?

Most orders to the east coast (Qld, NSW, VIC) arrive at the depots within 7 days of ordering. If you get your order in before 12:00 noon on weekdays, your shed will leave on the next delivery.

The west coast takes a little longer as we manufacture out of Brisbane. So expect around 10-14 days to reach a depot.

For Home delivery, there is normally a extra couple of day wait for the depot to contact you to arrange a suitable time to delivery to your house/dwelling.

For Depot deliveries, if need your shed in a rush, we suggest you keep an eye on the tracking code link. When the link shows the shed has arrived, we suggest you call the depot and ask to pickup asap. As sometimes they can take 24 hours before contacting clients.

Please note, these figures are based on our statistics of previous orders. However, from time to time, the delivery can be a little longer and this is out of our control. We always do our best to keep you informed and you get emails along the way including letting you know when the delivery truck is expected to pickup the shed, as well as a tracking code once collected.

Do You Install Sheds?

We currently have a team of installers that provide installation in various states. At present we have installers in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane. If you would like information on this shed installation service, please send through your request or call us on 1800 272 681.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you have received an incorrect or defective item or even damaged in transit, please advise us immediately. If there are parts missing or damage, we will supply these free of charge within 7 working days from receipt of goods.

If it is an incorrect or defective item these may be returned and you will receive a full refund, providing we are advised within 7 days from receipt of the goods. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If it is not a manufacturer/supplier delivered error, and you still wish to return the product, there will be a 30% Restocking fee plus a Return Freight Cost.

If you need to return an item, simply send us an email with the details of your order and the refund request. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account. You can checkout as a guest and we will still update you with all information via email.

We update you with:
1) A receipt after purchase showing all details of your order.
2) Address and phone number of the Free pick up depot (for pickup orders only).
3) An scheduled date the truck will pick up your order from our factory in Brisbane.
4) A tracking code when the truck has picked up your shed.
5) A msg to let you know it is ready for pickup OR a call to arrange home delivery

How do I place an Order?

We have designed our website to be as user friendly as possible. GardenShed.com even works nicely on mobile devices.

Simply browse through our sheds. We have a number of filters where you can search by Model, Size, Colour etc. Once you find the shed you would like to purchase, select a Colour, add any Accessories, and click Add To Cart. This will take you to the Cart page. Here you can check your order, and select the shipping option. If you are happy to collect from our Depots, then select the depot delivery (We will automatically find the closest depot to you. However, in the notes, you can always let us know too). If you prefer Home delivery, select the appropriate option and click Checkout.

The next step is the Checkout. Here you enter all your information and payment method and then confirm your order.

What’s The Coupon Codes Policy?

From time to time we run special promotions via promo codes. These are normally via the internet or email. If you come across a special promotion with a Promo code, simply enter this in the checkout process. You will see a Coupon Code field. Once entered, the discount will be reflected in the total.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order

Please check and double check your order receipt after purchase. As long as the delivery truck has not picked up your order, we can make changes. So if there is a change required, make sure to call us ASAP on 1800 272 681.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Absolutely. We have a secure website so when you go to checkout, the page turns to an encrypted page. Meaning that when you submit your order, all the details are encoded/encrypted and not readable until they have reached the payment gateway (EWAY) where they are only able to extract the credit card details.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once our delivery truck has picked up your shed, we send you a tracking code/link via email. You can use this link to see what stage your order is at. And when it arrives at the closest depot to you, you can always call them for quick pickup, or call them to request a suitable home delivery date/time.

Do note, you will receive a msg/call when you shed is ready for pickup or scheduling for home delivery. But you can always check your tracking code and call them when it arrives to speed up the process a little ;)
